We offer professional installation advice and support if needed and have design services to meet the needs of your customers.
What materials do you use?
Wall & roof panels manufactured from polypropylene (PP) rigid-profile board, extruded from UV stabilised, flame retarded random copolymer. This is most commonly known as corflute. Corflute is lightweight while remaining strong and durable, offers hygienic protection and water resistance and is completely nontoxic. All corflute sheets are 100% recyclable.
Our metal frame is manufactured from corrosion resistant zinc coated light steel sections.
Window and door frames are manufactured from corrosion resistant aluminium extrusions.
Are your kits self contained or do we need additional elements to construct them?
Our kits come with all hardware you require to construct the base product. However, if you are interested in our M-Series you will need to consider your flooring and ceiling requirements which can be purchased separately if required. You should also have a ladder available to help with the affixing your ceiling. Take a look at our Add Ons page for more information.
For the Swift Series these products are designed to be constructed by two people in under 20 minutes with little need for tools or equipment. Instructions are provided as part of the flat pack solution, or you could ask for our assistance in getting training for your staff to speed up the process.
Do the products come with instructions?
Yes. Our products have a set of instructions including in the flat packs. We also offer an installation service if need or we can provide training to our distributor network. These are simple products to construct and you won’t need skilled tradesman to put these together. Our installation services range from the basic instructions contained in the flat packs, to a fee for service for training of staff on first installation through to end to end delivery and installation. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Do you offer different colours and can I design or brand the product?
Yes. Our standard colour is grey or white however you can select variations in colour if minimum order requirements are met. This may impact your production timelines and colour changes incur an additional fee.
We also offer a design service to create your very own look and feel or corporate branding. As we are using corflute for these products we have flexibility with the design and printing that can be undertaken with these products to really make them standout from the crowd or fit in with the surroundings. Find out more about these options on our Add Ons page.
What is the turnaround time from ordering to delivery?
We pride ourselves on a getting you the products you need as quick as possible. We carry some stock at our Melbourne and Brisbane locations, but if we don’t have the items you want we will be clear on the production timelines that you can expect. Some of our products will depend on elements other than our manufacturing time which we will do our best to minimise. We expect that we will be able to deliver product to you in 8-12 weeks depending on your requirements if we do not have stock on hand.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All our products come with a 24 month manufacturers warranty. In addition, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We are confident that our products, services and after-sale support will exceed your expectations.
Do the products work on unlevel sites?
We have a custom designed flooring system that will work with our M-Series units and this can be adapted to create a level flooring surface which the M-Series unit is attached to. This flooring system will accommodate uneven surfaces and can be designed to the site conditions.
What wind speed can the shelters withstand?
Our products have been designed to withstand winds of at least 28 m/s (100 km/hr) when the shelter is adequately anchored to the ground. We recommend anchoring on purpose built fixed points or via the flooring system, however you may use weighting anchor systems if necessary.
Are you products water resistant?
Yes. Our products are impervious to water damage and humidity in service and storage. The products are flat packed for efficient storage and require no special conditions to store them.
Are products insulated?
No. We do however offer ceiling units in our M-Series products which can be purchased as an Add On if required. Insulation can then be included. Also, if you wish to include outer cladding then there is an opportunity to install insulation as part of that process. Each of these will incur additional costs beyond our base product.
Our S-Series do not have sufficient roof clearance for a false ceiling and are not designed for insulation. It is worth noting that the corflute material has a low r factor which makes these units cooler than a conventional tent.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We can discuss your needs and have in rare circumstances supplied one off products to customers.
